Supply Chain

We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator to support the smooth ordering and processing operations of our food and drinks products across retail, trade, and direct channels.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order processing across retail, trade, and direct-to-consumer channels using internal systems
• Coordinate daily logistics and transportation schedules with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries
• Monitor stock levels, product availability, and support basic inventory reconciliation
• Assist with order fulfilment, sampling logistics, and dispatch coordination
• Liaise with retail and wholesale partners for delivery confirmation, issue resolution, and service updates
• Support supply planning by collecting and reporting feedback on delivery performance, product issues, and customer needs
• Help coordinate logistics requirements for promotional activations, events, and seasonal campaigns

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics coordination, supply chain support, or FMCG operations
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive and task-driven mindset
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with operations, sales, and warehouse teams
• Strong communicator — confident speaking with logistics partners, suppliers, and customers
• Strong professional English skills (written and spoken), Greek language is a bonus
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with order tracking, inventory, or CRM systems
• Experience in the food & beverage sector or working with physical products across multiple channels is a nice addition to have
