Job Description:

General Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage Bar Managers and Shift Managers to ensure optimal daily operations, consistent service quality, and strong team leadership.
  • Implement and maintain J&TJ operational standards, including Daily Concept Workflow, stock control, shift planning, and customer experience.
  • Monitor sales performance, P&L, and KPIs across stores, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and performance.
  • Overview recruitment, training, and development of managers and team members through continuous feedback and e-campus learning.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations across all stores.
  • Work closely with Supply Chain, HR, and Marketing to ensure smooth coordination between departments and alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with J&TJ HQ to implement the brand's operational guidelines and strategic updates.
  • Visit stores regularly to monitor quality, coach teams, and ensure operational excellence.
  • Support new store openings, including setup, staffing, and training to ensure a seamless launch aligned with brand standards.
  • Ensure all business cases, operational reports, and commercial activities are maintained through the J&TJ retail.
  • Uphold and protect the J&TJ brand values, ensuring a strong local market presence and customer experience consistency.

Expectations:

  • Build and maintain a high-performing operational structure with clear leadership at each store level.
  • Drive the commercial agenda, focusing on sales growth, waste control, and sustainable profitability.
  • Ensure alignment between the local market and J&TJ HQ, participating in quarterly business reviews and reporting updates.
  • Act as a role model who leads by example, maintains brand integrity, and fosters a positive, inclusive culture.
  • Demonstrate hands-on leadership with frequent store visits and direct engagement with teams.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Food Safety / HACCP certification preferred.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong leadership and people management experience.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-unit F&B operations.
  • Excellent analytical and financial acumen (P&L, cost control, KPI analysis).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Tech-savvy; proficient in MS Office and operational systems (WP2, ).
  • Fluent in English & Greek.

Experience:

  • Minimum 10–12 years in F&B, with at least 6 years in multi-unit management.
  • Experience working within franchise structures or international brands preferred.
