Overall, Purpose

As a Senior Business Consultant at Grant Thornton your role will be pivotal in driving our client's success and fostering the growth of our Business Consulting team. You will apply your understanding of business processes and strategic insight to guide companies through transformational change. By identifying opportunities for operational enhancement and implementing best practices, you'll help shape the future of our clients' businesses.

Your Responsibilities will include:

• Engaging in projects across a diverse range of offerings, including Strategy Planning and Design, Operational Excellence, Programme and Project Management, Leadership, People and Culture, Supply Chain Management, and Finance Transformation
• Executing transformational projects across various sectors of the economy for both public and private entities
• Conducting market research, business intelligence, and data analysis to define and document the specific requirements that will drive improvements in our clients' operations.
• Actively participating in project and program management, contributing to the development of high-quality deliverables, such as reports, strategic plans, and presentations, to ensure seamless process integration and successful project outcomes.
• Building and maintaining relationships with team members and clients, developing a robust professional network.

Skills / Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in a professional environment, demonstrating a track record of success in business consulting or a related field.
• A bachelor's degree in a related field, with a Master's degree being highly regarded.
• A positive can-do attitude with a growth mindset striving for developing self and others
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on performance improvement.
• Strong writing and critical thinking skills, essential for the development of clear, concise, and impactful deliverables, such as reports, strategic plans, and presentations.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines with high quality results.
• Team player and flexible to work on various types of assignments both independently and in a team.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, vital for working within our international and cross-disciplinary teams.
