The ideal candidate is a strategic, experienced professional with a proven track record of developing and executing successful content campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.What You Will Be Doing:Support with production and ideation of our User Verification content while collaborating with the wider marketing team to create impactful assets across multiple channels.Own content across non-regulated industries, suggesting innovative ideas to engage these audiences and drive results across various channels.Identify new opportunities to create or repurpose content that drives value throughout the marketing funnel.Transform complex topics into valuable, easily digestible content for our customers and prospects.Support the development of a content marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals.Collaborate with various teams to streamline processes, ensuring seamless communication and the timely execution of projects.Uphold a consistent brand voice and narrative across all content, ensuring it reflects our company's values, positioning, and tone.Create tailored content specifically for our target audiences using Sumsub's internal market research and customer personas.Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of content marketing initiatives through defined key metrics, driving continuous improvement.Engage regularly with the content team to review quarterly results, celebrate wins, and share learnings that raise the bar across campaigns.About You:Advanced or native English speaker.4+ years of experience in product content marketing, brand marketing, or a similar role, with proven success in leading content-driven campaigns for product-based IT/tech businesses (complex SaaS products as a plus). A portfolio showcasing relevant examples of your work is required.Industry knowledge (Fintech/Cybersecurity/KYC preferred).Research and analytical skills to gather/interpret data.Creative mindset while handling complex B2B SaaS content.Expert in writing and storytelling, with a strategic mindset toward content development.Excellent communication skills for navigating challenges and engaging effectively with teams and stakeholders.Strong organizational skills and experience managing content strategies, deadlines, and multiple projects simultaneously.Acute understanding of how content should be used across different distribution channels, including performance marketing channels.Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Superset, or similar to track KPIs, measure performance, and make data-driven decisions.What We Offer:Competitive salary and bonus programs.Fully remote and flexible working schedule, with access to a coworking space (in some locations).Working with a product that matters.
