CRM Marketing Manager

We're looking for a data-savvy CRM Marketing Manager to own our player lifecycle and communications. You'll design bonus mechanics, orchestrate multi-channel CRM campaigns (Email, WhatsApp, SMS etc.), and partner with Product to deepen our integration with (our CDP/marketing automation platform). Your work will drive activation, retention, reactivation, and player LTV while meeting regulatory and responsible-gaming standards.

As a CRM Marketing Manager at their company, your responsibilities will be:

  • Bonus & promotion mechanics
  • Design, configure, and QA bonus campaigns (e.g., welcome offers, reloads, free spins/bets, cashback, missions, tournaments, battle passes).
  • Define targeting, eligibility, reward logic, cooldowns, and abuse prevention; run holdout tests to measure true lift.
  • Partner with Product to automate awarding, redemption, and fraud checks.
  • Lifecycle & campaigns
  • Build segmented journeys for acquisition, onboarding, activation, cross-sell, VIP, churn-prevention, and winback.
  • Plan and launch multi-channel CRM programs in Email, WhatsApp, SMS etc. via
  • Run A/B and multivariate tests (subject lines, content, incentive levels, send time, channel mix); iterate based on results.
  • Content production leadership
  • Create briefs and task tickets for copywriters, designers, and translators; manage timelines and approvals.
  • Ensure messaging consistency, localization quality, and accessibility; maintain a living content & offer calendar.
  • Data, analytics & reporting
  • Define campaign goals and KPIs; implement event/attribute tracking with Product/Analytics.
  • Build dashboards and weekly/monthly readouts: delivery, open/click, conversion to deposit/wager, ARPPU, LTV, churn, incremental lift, and ROI.
  • Monitor deliverability and inbox placement; manage domain/IP reputation, list hygiene, and opt-in flows.
  • & CDP
  • Configure data schemas, audiences, event triggers, and liquid logic; maintain naming/versioning standards.
  • Partner with engineering to expand real-time events and integrations (payment status, bonus wallet, risk signals, game preferences).
  • Establish QA and release processes for journeys, templates, and experiments.
  • Cross-functional collaboration
  • Work closely with Product, BI/Analytics, Design, Copy, Localization, VIP/CS, Payments, and Risk.
  • Provide feedback to the game/content roadmap from CRM insights (genre affinity, RTP sensitivity, session patterns).

Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years in CRM/Lifecycle marketing for iGaming, fintech, e-commerce, or subscription apps; strong preference for real-money gaming or sportsbooks.
  • Hands-on with a marketing automation platform/CDP (ideally ): journeys, events, dynamic content, and testing.
  • Proven track record launching bonus/promo mechanics and measuring incremental lift.
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable with funnel/retention cohorts and LTV modeling.
  • Solid understanding of email and SMS deliverability best practices, sender reputation, and list hygiene.
  • Excellent project management: scoping, briefs, timelines, and cross-team coordination.
  • Fluent English copy briefing/editing; experience managing localization to multiple markets.
