StellarTech is looking for an Operations Manager to strengthen our Growth Marketing department, which is focused on driving revenue, paying users, active members, and overall profitability.

The team achieves this through performance marketing channels (Meta, Google), the creative power of our marketing specialists, and close collaboration with the monetization team to optimize onboarding flows.

What You'll Do

Key goals include:

  • Project Methodologies: Mastery of Agile and Waterfall frameworks, proficient in BPMN.
  • Process Management: Strong backlog ownership and throughput optimization
  • Strategic & Tactical Vision: Ability to combine helicopter view with readiness to dive into details when needed.
  • Language Skills: English — Upper Intermediate minimum, confident in professional communication and documentation.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in planning, implementing, and managing projects of varying complexity.
  • Project Management Expertise: Cross-functional planning, RACI framework, risk and critical path control, and regular executive updates.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in product IT company
  • Strong command of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, proficient in BPMN
  • Proven ability to manage backlog and throughput efficiency
  • Balance of strategic helicopter view with attention to detail
  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or above
  • Demonstrated track record of planning, implementing, and managing projects successfully
  • Expertise in cross-functional project management: planning, RACI, risk and critical path control, executive reporting
  • Team Leadership & Communication — ability to set crystal-clear goals, inspire the team, and ensure fast, high-quality execution.
  • Result Orientation — leveraging all possible tools and approaches to deliver timely and effective outcomes; thinks beyond limits, always exploring creative ways to maximize results.
  • Analytical Thinking — strong skills in analysis, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Challenge-Driven Mindset — eager to question assumptions, propose better hypotheses, and push for greater impact.
  • Time & Task Management — proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while staying efficient in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with operational software or ERP systems, proven track record in automatization processes
  • Networking skills to quickly gain external experience
