Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage outsourcing partners, focusing on IT, back-office, and middle-office functions
  • Oversee and enhance customer support operations
  • Provide data analytics, reporting, and insights to internal teams to support business decisions
  • Work directly with the CEO on strategic initiatives and business priorities
  • Lead and deliver ad hoc projects across multiple business areas

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related)
  • 3–4 years of professional experience in a financial institution
  • CySEC Advanced Certificate
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and reporting
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally
