Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager, located in Limassol. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, optimizing processes, and ensuring efficiency across all departments. The role involves coordinating with different teams, monitoring performance metrics, implementing policies, and improving overall operational workflows. The Operations Manager will also handle financial planning, resource allocation, and maintain regulatory compliance.
