compliance & AML Officer - Nicosia - Attractive Package

We are helping a licensed AIFM company authorized by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission expand their compliance team with a Regulatory Compliance and AML Officer in Nicosia.

This role is predominantly focused on ensuring regulatory compliance with CySEC requirements, developing policies and procedures, and conducting internal reviews. You will need to be an excellent officer who gets enjoyment from working with regulatory frameworks and providing guidance on compliance matters across all departments.

This role reports directly to the Board of Directors with opportunities to work with regulatory bodies and contribute to the continuous improvement of compliance procedures.

Requirements

-Bachelor's or Master's degree

-At least 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar role

-CySEC Advanced Certificate holder (mandatory)

-CySEC AML Certificate (considered an advantage)

-Relevant experience with CySEC reporting

-Strong attention to detail with sense of professionalism and integrity

-Excellent command of Greek and English languages (verbal and written)

-Excellent computer literacy (Microsoft Office applications)
