Job Description

  • Conduct legal research and draft memos, contracts, court pleadings, and legal opinions.
  • Assist senior lawyers with case preparation, hearings, and client meetings.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and public authorities.
  • Prepare and manage legal documentation and maintain case files.
  • Assistance with the Cyprus Migration Department.
  • Provide real estate transaction support.
  • Company incorporations and administration in Cyprus and other jurisdictions.
  • Account opening procedures with banks and financial institutions.
  • Stay up to date with legal developments and assist in ongoing training or compliance work.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor of Laws (LLB); admission to the bar or pending admission.
  • 0–3 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong general computing skills, including legal research tools and document management systems.
  • Strong legal research, analytical, and drafting abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage deadlines.
  • Professional integrity and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
