JOB DESCRIPTION

We are expanding our Legal and Corporate team, and we are seeking a dedicated
Corporate Lawyer
with at least 4 years of experience, to join us. You will play a pivotal part in handling legal, corporate and compliance tasks, ensuring seamless operations for our diverse international clientele. Responsibilities include legal drafting, review, providing legal advice and delivering commercial agreements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

·     Review, drafting and preparation of corporate documents

·     Provide legal advice on corporate and commercial matters, including compliance, contracts and governance

·     Draft and review a variety of commercial agreements

·     Advise on intellectual property matters

·     Handle corporate transactions, reorganizations and restructuring

·     Day-to-day communication with government authorities, external lawyers and other associates in Cyprus and abroad

·     Supporting clients on commercial, real estate matters in their day to day operations

·     Cyprus Trust administration

·     Assist where necessary the compliance team in maintaining and updating AML policies, procedures and controls to ensure their compliance with the relevant AML laws and regulations

REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)

· Master's degree or LLM is a plus

· At least 4 years of experience in Corporate Law

· Excellent knowledge of Cyprus legal framework

· Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills

· Strong business acumen and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

· Fluency in both verbal and written Greek and English
