Citius Trust Limited, a dynamic accounting firm in Nicosia, is looking for an enthusiastic Corporate Lawyer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be involved in:

  • Corporate matters and regulatory compliance.
  • Drafting of and reviewing legal documents (resolutions, contracts, policies etc).
  • Legal advice and guidance on corporate and compliance related matters.
  • Incorporation, redomiciliation and reorganisation of companies.
  • Liaising with the Registrar of Companies and other public authorities in Cyprus.
  • Direct communication with clients and associates.
  • Organising and attending client meetings

Requirements:

  • A university degree in Law.
  • At least 5 years' relevant experience.
  • Fluency in English and Greek.
  • Good command of MS Office tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills, attention to detail, professional discipline and strong work ethic.
