Corporate Lawyer

Citius Trust Limited, a dynamic accounting firm in Nicosia, is looking for an enthusiastic Corporate Lawyer to join our team.
The successful candidate will be involved in:
- Corporate matters and regulatory compliance.
- Drafting of and reviewing legal documents (resolutions, contracts, policies etc).
- Legal advice and guidance on corporate and compliance related matters.
- Incorporation, redomiciliation and reorganisation of companies.
- Liaising with the Registrar of Companies and other public authorities in Cyprus.
- Direct communication with clients and associates.
- Organising and attending client meetings
Requirements:
- A university degree in Law.
- At least 5 years' relevant experience.
- Fluency in English and Greek.
- Good command of MS Office tools.
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills, attention to detail, professional discipline and strong work ethic.
