Who We're Looking For

We want a
Senior Recruiter / Team Lead
who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment. You'll lead a small, high-energy team, shape our global recruitment strategy, and help us attract the best talent for a high-risk, fast-growing industry.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and inspire the recruitment team, setting clear goals and KPIs.
  • Own full-cycle recruitment for international roles in FinTech and high-risk payments.
  • Build and maintain global talent pipelines, using modern sourcing tools and creative strategies.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to define role requirements and identify top talent.
  • Coach and mentor junior recruiters to deliver a smooth, high-quality candidate experience.
  • Track metrics, analyze recruitment performance, and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with international employment laws and internal policies.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in recruitment, ideally in FinTech, iGaming, Forex, or high-risk payments.
  • 2+ years managing a team of recruiters.
  • Deep knowledge of international hiring practices and high-risk market nuances.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate+); additional languages a bonus.
  • Energy, positivity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment.
