A well-established igaming company is on the lookout for a German Speaking VIP Team Lead. In this role, you'll lead and support a team of VIP Account Managers—making sure daily operations run smoothly, targets are met, and VIP players receive outstanding service.

You'll play a key role in optimizing workflows, guiding strategy, and fostering a high-performance culture within the team.

The role is office-based in Limassol, Cyprus and offers a salary of up to €45,600, plus an uncapped bonus structure.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the German VIP Account Manager team
  • Developing and executing strategies that support the professional growth of the team
  • Identifying team strengths and addressing areas for improvement to meet VIP objectives
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with VIP players
  • Improving current processes and introducing new ways of working
  • Preparing weekly reports on market activity and team performance
  • Conducting one-on-one meetings and managing team performance
  • Supporting the Head/Director of VIPs as needed

Education, skills and Experience

  • Native-level German (written and spoken)
  • Fluent English (C2 level)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a VIP Manager for the German market in igaming (non-negotiable)
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Confidence with numbers, KPIs, and performance tracking
  • Experience in planning, scheduling, presenting, and reporting
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
