We are looking for iGaming industry professionals who love engaging with players and are extremely results oriented. Being a native German speaker is a requirement for this role, and you must have at least 2 years' experience within igaming/fintech, of which one year must be within sales for the German (DE) market.

Basic salary from €26,400-€42,000 depending on seniority
Up to €5K monthly KPI related bonuses - you can make €60K in bonus on top of basic 

Role & Responsibilities

  • Engage with VIP clients via chat, email and phone
  • Identify potential VIP clients
  • Develop and sustain solid relationships with VIP clients
  • Assess and resolve clients' issues
  • Meet VIP players for streamed and live events
  • Evaluate and provide feedback on various segments relating to KPI performance
  • Meet or exceed KPI targets
  • Take active part in developing and implementing VIP programs and initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

  • Native-speaker in German, both written and spoken
  • Fluent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
  • A minimum of 2 years experience of working within igaming/fintech, of which 1 year or more in sales
  • 1+ year experience of working with VIP players active on the German (DE) market

  • Our client is a rapidly expanding casino & sportsbook and is claiming an increasing market-share of the German market.
  • Office-based in Limassol, Cyprus
  • Up to €42K basic starting salary
  • Comprehensive bonus scheme of up to €5K monthly

  • This role is NOT available on a remote or hybrid-remote basis but is FULLY office-based.
