Why this role matters

The role is based in our Limassol office, Cyprus. In case of relocation, we offer full relocation support for you and your family to make your move smooth and worry-free. You will join our Social Media team. You will attract and interact with relevant influencers, create influencer marketing strategies, onboard the talents, and execute the campaigns.

What you'll actually do
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.
  • Initiate new and innovative projects for influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers, thought leaders, and potential brand ambassadors.
  • Develop content ideas, collaborate with internal teams, and prepare engaging content.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies across multiple channels.
  • Conduct research on industry influencers, competitors, target audiences, and users.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and key influencers.
Who we're looking for
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role, either in-house or agency-side, ideally within influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media management.
  • Strong familiarity with the business applications of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, TikTok, Telegram, YouTube, LinkedIn).
  • Excellent copywriting skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality content.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
  • Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.
