Professional skills and qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the Cyprus legislation requirements to Records management and Human Resource Management;
  • Knowledge of the HR related documentation standards in Cyprus;
  • Knowledge of main HR process;
  • Fluency in English (reading/speaking/writing);
  • Fluency in Greek (reading/speaking/writing);
  • Russian language speaking skill will be considered as an advantage;
  • Previous work experience with migration services will be considered as an advantage;
  • Previous work experience in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field will be considered as an advantage.

Responsibilities (may vary depending on title level):

  • Maintain Employee Registers, personnel data and records in accordance with legislation and regulations;
  • Support hiring process in accordance with procedure and provide additional support when hiring non-local citizens, including preparation of documents and monitoring of the process;
  • Prepare necessary HR related reports;
  • Participate in some internal committees (e.g. Health and Safety Committee);
  • Assist to Compliance department in HR related matters;
  • Assist with office management issues when necessary;
  • Support different ongoing HR activities.

Additional information:

·      This position offers a hybrid working model – one day per week from home after successful completion of the probation period;

·      Provident fund and private medical insurance are offered as part of the benefits package upon successful completion of the probation period.
