We are currently looking for a
Back Office Officer
to join our
Digital Assets
business
.

In this role, you will not only support day-to-day operations but also contribute to the development of our business and the continuous improvement of internal processes.

You will help us with:

  • Maintain accurate records for clients' post-trade processing and digital asset payments
  • Assist with daily and monthly reconciliations to ensure reliable reporting to senior management
  • Communicate with external parties to resolve operational issues quickly and effectively
  • Update and maintain internal systems, keeping data aligned with current regulatory requirements
  • Prepare and submit reports to regulators (including CySEC) within required timeframes
  • Support client reporting, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Help ensure compliance with all relevant CASP regulations and CySEC guidelines
  • Take part in projects focused on automation, efficiency, and the development of back-office systems

You will be a good fit if you have:

  • University degree in Finance or a related field
  • Proven experience within back-office operations in any financial organization
  • Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, strong attention to details
  • Language proficiency in English
  • Solid computer literacy and confidence working with different systems
