About the Role

We are looking for a
Back Office Support Associate
to join our Cyprus operations team. This is an entry-level position ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start a career in financial services. You will be responsible for
post-trade operations, reconciliations, reporting, and day-to-day administrative support
to ensure smooth functioning of the company's back-office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform
    daily trade reconciliations
    , cash and position reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support the settlement and confirmation process for client transactions.
  • Coordinate with liquidity providers, banks, and counterparties for operational follow-ups.
  • Assist in
    client onboarding, KYC checks, and documentation review
    .
  • Generate and maintain periodic operational reports and dashboards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date internal records for audits and regulatory inspections.
  • Support Compliance and Risk teams with documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or any related discipline.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
    — training will be provided.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills

  • Internship or prior experience in financial operations, brokerage, or back-office functions is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of trade lifecycle and financial markets.
