The position:

We are looking for a Commercial Therapeutic Area Specialist for Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine products portfolio. Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, a global leader in the pharmaceutical industry with a broad portfolio and a promising pipeline of breakthrough therapies across Oncology, Immunology, Neuroscience, and Cardio-Pulmonary.

you will serve as a trusted expert in designated diseases and treatment areas. Your role focuses on driving demand for the company's products by providing scientific education to healthcare professionals, engaging in meaningful dialogue, and delivering customized customer experiences. Success in this position requires applying strong knowledge of clinical studies, regulatory frameworks, and real-world evidence to improve patient outcomes while identifying new opportunities within the therapeutic landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

· Possess in-depth knowledge of the disease area and the products of the relevant therapeutic area.

· Act as a scientific expert in assigned therapeutic areas, providing healthcare professionals with up-to-

date knowledge on product benefits, indications, and clinical data.

· Promote and support the adoption of innovative therapies by presenting and discussing product

data during regular face to face meetings and group presentations.

· Educate healthcare professionals on the benefits, indications, and appropriate use of therapies to

optimize patient outcomes. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and updates in treatment

guidelines.

· Identify opportunities to maximize product adoption, market share, and growth potential.

· Develop and implement strategies to promote product growth and address market challenges.

· Lead the implementation of promotional activities in the therapeutic area of your responsibility.

· Ensure all activities comply with regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

Candidate Profile:

· Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biology, or any related Life Sciences field.

· Strategic thinker with learning agility and the ability to adapt to changing environments.

· Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to inform decisions.

· Passionate, persuasive, resilient, and able to perform under pressure while maintaining attention to

detail and commitment to excellence.

· Strong problem-solving skills and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

· Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

· Entrepreneurial mindset with a competitive drive and a strong work ethic.

· Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal.

· Computer literate

· Valid Cypriot driving license.

Remuneration:

An attractive and competitive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate, based on qualifications and experience. The package includes a 13th salary, participation in a provident fund, and a performance-based bonus linked to KPIs.
