Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in shaping our overall marketing plan and budget by contributing ideas, data, and insights.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, email, affiliate, and influencer platforms.
  • Develop campaign strategies (independently or with agencies/partners) aligned with brand goals and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, affiliates, and content creators — managing briefs, timelines, and campaign outcomes.
  • Support the creation and rollout of player-facing promotions, bonuses, tournaments, and loyalty offers.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and commercial teams to create impactful landing pages, newsletters, and social content.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform product positioning and campaign opportunities.
  • Track campaign performance and report on key metrics such as CPL, CPA, LTV — providing insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure brand consistency and responsible marketing across all channels and communications.

What You Bring

  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in the iGaming industry (casino, sportsbook, or related verticals).
  • Solid grasp of multi-channel campaign management and performance optimisation.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing agencies, affiliates, and influencers — including contracts and collaboration.
  • Confident managing marketing budgets and ensuring ROI alignment with business goals.
  • Familiarity with player engagement strategies, including promotions, retention offers, and loyalty programs.
  • Proficiency in platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and major affiliate networks.
  • Deep understanding of advertising compliance in the iGaming space.
  • A proactive, organized, and adaptable mindset; ready to handle fast-paced, results-driven projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage both internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • A passion for iGaming and an eye on emerging trends in entertainment and tech.
