An Irish online iGaming company is looking for a talented, creative, and marketing-minded
Copywriter
to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Write clear, concise, and compelling copy that attracts the target audience and reflects the brand's tone and personality
  • Develop creative copy for a wide range of marketing channels: social media, paid ads, CRM/retention, website, landing pages, print, and video scripts - ensuring a unified style across all touchpoints
  • Deliver high-quality English copy for multiple assets each week, consistently meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Apply and maintain the inspired brand tone of voice across formats, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strong brand presence
  • Interpret briefs quickly and efficiently, proposing clear messaging routes and offering variations when required
  • Adapt tone and style to different audience segments, markets, and campaign objectives without losing clarity or impact
  • Use AI tools to accelerate drafting, explore creative directions, and support content delivery
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and creative specialists to bring ideas to life and unify the messaging across campaigns
  • Consolidate feedback from multiple stakeholders and refine copy while preserving quality, intent, and brand identity
  • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or unclear points in briefs and proactively flag them to ensure strong final output
  • Translating business objectives into copy strategy: not just writing, but thinking strategically about how copy drives conversion

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Preferably, you have a strong understanding of the Irish market - either you are from Ireland or have prior experience writing for an Irish audience
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of professional copywriting experience, ideally within an agency or an in-house creative team, supported by a solid and diverse portfolio
  • Exceptional writing skills, impeccable grammar, and strong attention to detail
  • Strong proofreading abilities and familiarity with standard editorial and style guidelines
  • Proven experience using AI tools for ideation, drafting, and optimisation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience contributing to campaigns from the concept stage through to final delivery, not just execution
  • Previous experience in the gaming or iGaming industry is a plus.
