About the Role

The Community Manager takes a lead role in growing, nurturing, and engaging the organisation's online and offline communities. This position builds relationships, creates engaging content, and works cross-functionally to foster brand loyalty, improve user sentiment, and drive participation in both traditional and emerging markets forums.

Responsibilities


• Build, nurture, and engage ERC Markets' communities across platforms such as Discord, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Reddit, online forums, and via events.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and active community culture, ensuring compliance with guidelines and moderation standards.
• Monitor real-time discussions, respond promptly or escalate complex issues as appropriate.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Content teams to plan and deliver impactful community-focused campaigns, posts, newsletters, and FAQs.
• Track and analyse key engagement metrics — including growth, retention, sentiment, and activity — and report insights to product, marketing, and senior leadership.
• Organise and host online events (such as AMAs, webinars) and in-person meetups; identify and nurture brand ambassadors.
• Enforce moderation policies, address user concerns, and uphold community standards.

Qualifications


• 2–3 years' experience in online community management, with a proven track record of engagement and growth for a brand or organisation.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, Business, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal and facilitation abilities.
• Strategic thinker skilled at executing hands-on tasks, adept at multi-platform management, and collaboration.
• Data-driven, comfortable building and interpreting dashboards to track sentiment and engagement metrics.
• Basic content creation or design skills are preferred.
• Experience in fintech, trading, or financial services is desirable, especially regarding compliance and trust issues.

Required Skills


• Empathy and resilience in moderating diverse communities.
• Event planning experience — both online and offline.
• Familiarity with community management and social listening tools (such as Brandwatch).
• Experience building ambassador programs or user initiatives.

Pay range and compensation package


• 13th salary
• Medical insurance coverage
• Provident fund – available after the probation period
• ATA (Automatic Indexation Allowance) – The adjustment is applied every January, based on the official percentage announced. If the employee is still with the company at that time, the adjustment is applied to their monthly gross salary.
