Events Manager
to lead the planning and execution of its global event strategy.

About the Role

The Events Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, organisation, and execution of global expos, conferences, and corporate events. This role is critical in ensuring all events align with EC Markets' brand objectives, business goals, and deliver a high return on investment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organise, and execute global expos, conferences, and events that align with EC Markets' brand objectives and business goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end event lifecycle — including budgeting, vendor coordination, logistics, venue management, and post-event evaluation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, operations, compliance) to ensure event objectives are met.
  • Develop and maintain a global events calendar, ensuring seamless coordination across regions and time zones.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure cost-effective, high-quality event services.
  • Stay up to date with global trends and innovations in event management to enhance EC Markets' event presence and engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in event or project management, ideally within the financial services or FinTech industry.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale international events and exhibitions.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, vendor management, and logistics planning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).

Pay range and compensation package

  • Location: Limassol (CY)
  • Salary: €4,000+/month
  • Employment Type: Full-time (Permanent)
