Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant located in Limassol. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative support, managing diaries, coordinating schedules, and maintaining clerical organization. Day-to-day tasks include handling communications, organizing meetings, and assisting with general office duties to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Excellent Communication skills and experience in Diary Management
  • Knowledge of Greek and English - written and oral - are a must
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Experience in a similar role essential
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
