Sales Specialist

Emerald Zebra is seeking an experienced Sales Specialist with a strong background in the Online Gambling (iGaming) industry to join a leading payments and banking solutions provider. If you're skilled at cultivating relationships with operators, platforms, and affiliates while driving fintech solutions in regulated markets, this role offers excellent career growth.

Our client, based in Larnaca, delivers Payments, IBAN accounts, card issuing, and Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) solutions tailored to the iGaming sector, empowering clients with secure and efficient financial services.

You'll play a central role in growing the company's iGaming portfolio by building partnerships, promoting payment solutions, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction.

Your responsibilities:

• Expand the company's presence across the global iGaming ecosystem.
• Drive sales of Payments and IBAN products to operators, platforms, and affiliates.
• Leverage existing relationships to accelerate business growth.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Compliance, and Operations teams for seamless onboarding.
• Attend key industry events and expos to boost visibility and generate new leads.
• Stay informed about market developments and regulatory updates.
• Manage negotiations, proposals, and contract closures to achieve revenue targets.
• Maintain strong client relationships for ongoing support and retention.

What you should bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in sales or business development within iGaming, payments, or fintech.
• Strong network of operators, gaming platforms, and affiliates.
• Solid understanding of payment flows and compliance in online gambling.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Target-driven and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
