The role:

Do you have an eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for supporting people? We're looking for an Junior HR Coordinator for a fixed term period of one year to join our growing team and help us create a smooth and positive employee experience from day one.

This role is ideal for someone at the start of their HR career who wants to gain exposure to all aspects of Human Resources, while developing professionally in a supportive environment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Managing all stages of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Coordinating interviews and supporting recruitment operations for timely and effective hiring.
  • Drafting HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and confirmation letters.
  • Supporting payroll processes, Ergani registrations, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.
  • Assisting with employee engagement initiatives
  • Administering training programs and managing subsidies to promote continuous learning and development.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee files, reports, and HR system data to support operational efficiency.
  • Assisting with other HR projects
  • Consulting employees on various employment matters, company policies etc.

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and positive approach
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and administration
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
  • Openness to new ideas, willingness to learn, and a proactive mindset
