As part of our growing HR team, we're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and people-focused
Junior HR Administrator & Recruiter
to support our HR operations and help attract top talent to our organisation in
Nicosia, Cyprus
.

Main Duties & Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, and onboarding of new hires
  • Maintain and update HR records and databases
  • Assist in preparing HR documents and reports
  • Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Assist in HR projects and initiatives to improve employee experience

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or in any other related field
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive HR information with confidentiality and integrity
  • Fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
