Your Role

You'll be the bridge between our business and payment partners — ensuring smooth, reliable, and cost-efficient payment operations.

We value strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and the ability to manage complex relationships across multiple markets.

Your Main Tasks:

  • Lead and manage strategic relationships with payment providers, banks, and EMIs across multiple regions.
  • Drive negotiations on commercial terms, payment flows, and integration conditions with existing and potential partners.
  • Oversee and optimize payment operations to ensure stability, cost-efficiency, and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement new payment solutions tailored to market specifics and business goals.
  • Own the full PSP lifecycle — from initial selection and onboarding to performance monitoring and scaling.
  • Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Product, and Finance teams to ensure smooth and reliable payment processes.
  • Prepare analytical reports and provide insights for strategic decision-making.


What We're Looking For:

  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role within PSP, fintech, betting, or gambling industries (merchant or provider side).
  • Proven success in managing complex integrations and multiple PSP relationships simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid understanding of payment flows, transaction monitoring, and risk control.
  • English — Upper-Intermediate+ (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
