Our client is seeking a motivated
Project Controller
to join the company's growing team. This role involves Coordinate project schedules, teams, and communication for residential and mixed-use projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Coordination
  • Site Oversight & Issue Resolution
  • Timeline & Documentation Management
  • Stakeholder Communication
  • Meeting Facilitation & Follow-up
  • Financial & Administrative Support

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate and construction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of project management tools
  • Expertise in Cost Management and Budgeting

Additional Benefits:

  • Gross annual salary range: €18,000 to €30,000
  • The annual gross salary is inclusive of the 13th-month payment
  • 24 Days of Paid Annual Leave
