Chief Operations Officer.

As
COO
, you will serve as the CEO's right hand and take full ownership of the company's operational engine. Your mission will be to turn ambition into execution — building the systems, processes, and teams that enable sustainable and controlled growth.

This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in scale-up environments and knows how to turn chaos into clarity.

Responsibilities

  • Design and lead the operating model that aligns with the company's strategic goals and supports cross-functional execution.
  • Build and implement scalable processes (SOPs, KPIs, performance frameworks) across delivery, legal, finance, marketing, product and HR.
  • Partner with the CEO on company-wide planning, decision-making, and organizational structuring.
  • Oversee business operations to ensure accountability, operational efficiency, and high service standards.
  • Optimize internal controls, compliance, and partner reporting — including contracts, SLAs, and financial processes.
  • Strengthen and scale the existing operational teams, identifying talent gaps and hiring needs.
  • Drive organizational clarity and alignment, ensuring all departments are working toward shared goals with clear metrics.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as COO, VP of Operations, or Head of Operations in a scale-up or high-growth environment.
  • Strong background in process design, cross-functional leadership, and operational strategy.
  • Understanding of contract structures, partner SLAs, financial oversight, and compliance.
  • Track record of building and optimizing systems in dynamic, fast-moving industries.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Industry experience in iGaming, fintech, or other high-risk verticals is a plus.
  • Style: strategist, integrator, system builder — not just an executor.
