Our hiring partner, a leading multinational technology group with a strong global presence, is seeking an experienced
Director of Marketing
to lead the company's global marketing and communications strategy.
This is a high-impact leadership position, responsible for building a unified global brand, driving digital excellence, and strengthening corporate reputation and shareholder value across multiple markets.
The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, a proven track record in international brand management, and strong expertise in digital transformation, communications, and investor relations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Global Marketing & Brand Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing and brand vision aligned with corporate objectives.
- Ensure brand consistency and strong market positioning across all countries and business units.
- Oversee integrated global marketing campaigns promoting innovation and leadership.
- Align regional initiatives with global strategy and investor communication goals.
2. Digital Strategy & Web Ecosystem
- Lead the global corporate website strategy — design, content, UX, SEO, and localization.
- Build and manage an integrated digital ecosystem including web, social media, blogs, and investor portals.
- Use analytics tools to monitor traffic, engagement, and sentiment across digital channels.
- Oversee online reputation management and digital PR efforts globally and regionally.
3. Corporate Communications & PR
- Design and implement global and regional PR strategies to enhance corporate reputation.
- Partner closely with Investor Relations to ensure consistent, market-aligned communication.
- Manage relationships with media, agencies, and opinion leaders to achieve top-tier coverage.
- Develop crisis communication frameworks to protect the company's reputation.
4. Marketing Communications (MarCom)
- Oversee strategic campaigns for product launches, CSR, investor announcements, and corporate milestones.
- Manage content production, including press releases, multimedia, social content, and internal communications.
- Ensure brand messaging quality and localization across all regions and languages.
- Optimize global marketing budgets and measure campaign ROI.
5. Leadership & Collaboration
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing international marketing and communications team.
- Collaborate with regional managers, product divisions, and cross-functional departments.
- Drive a unified corporate culture aligned with the company's brand and values.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Growth in brand equity and reputation across key markets
- Increased digital visibility and engagement metrics
- Positive media sentiment and coverage quality
- ROI on global marketing and communication initiatives
- Alignment of global and local brand execution
Candidate Profile
Education:
- Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or Economics.
- Certifications in Digital Strategy, Investor Relations, or International Marketing are a plus.
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in international marketing, PR, or corporate communications within a multinational or publicly listed company.
- Proven leadership in global marketing transformation, brand management, and digital PR.
- Track record of managing large-scale marketing campaigns and influencing shareholder value.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strategic thinker with analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Deep understanding of financial communications and investor relations.
- Strong command of digital marketing tools — SEO, SEM, analytics, CRM, SMM, content marketing.
- Excellent leadership, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Fluent in English (C1); additional languages are a plus.
