A real estate development company is seeking an
Executive Sales Director
to join its growing team in Limassol.

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven leader to oversee real estate sales operations, build and maintain strong relationships with investors and brokers, and play a key role in the successful execution of innovative residential and commercial property projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the sales team to achieve performance goals
  • Set up and optimize sales processes
  • Create and maintain client and property database
  • Define and implement sales strategies
  • Oversee the client journey from initial contact to the signing of the sales agreement, as well as throughout the project implementation phase.
  • Align sales goals with top management and continuously monitor and adjust strategies to ensure target achievement
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, KPIs, and performance reports to management.
  • Handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while collaborating effectively within a cross-functional team
  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements
  • Collaborate with the Development Team and the Commercial Department on project implementation matters.
  • Manage relationships with brokers and investors as part of the property sales process.
  • Foster a positive and productive atmosphere within the sales team, ensuring effective communication with brokers and clients.
  • Participate in project presentations for brokers and attend various sales-related events.
  • Build and maintain a stable base of clients and investors, working to enhance their loyalty.
  • Maintain all necessary records and prepare sales-related documentation, including materials requested by management during project execution

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales in the Real Estate sector
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Goal-oriented and ability to work in a dynamic work environment
  • Proficient in English (Written & Spoken)
  • Proficiency in MS Office
