We are seeking to recruit a Corporate Lawyer to join our team in Limassol

We are a leading law firm based in Limassol, Cyprus, specializing in corporate and commercial matters of law and all related and ancillary fields. Our practice focuses on corporate & commercial law, property, mergers & acquisitions, banking & finance, and the niche of financial services — advising on the regulatory, corporate, and commercial aspects concerning investment firms, insurance companies, alternative investment funds, and other regulated entities.

Duties & Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be actively involved in the daily practice of our team and it is expected to:

  • Handle matters across corporate law, commercial law, property law, and employment law;
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents in these areas;
  • Assist in M&A, corporate restructuring, and cross-border transactions;
  • Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions, advices and reports;
  • Advise clients on compliance, governance, and regulatory requirements;
  • Prepare and file documents with relevant registries and authorities;
  • Liaise with clients, regulators, and other stakeholders; and
  • Support in litigation and dispute resolution where required.

Requirements

  • Law degree from a reputable university;
  • At least 2 years of post qualification experience in corporate and/or commercial law;
  • Fluency in both Greek and English (spoken and written);
  • Strong drafting and analytical skills, with attention to detail; and
  • Some litigation experience and/or knowledge of Russian or Arabic will be considered an advantage.
