We are partnered with an international accountancy and advisory firm who are an
Audit Assistant Manager
to join its Limassol office. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a qualified auditor to support the delivery of high-quality audits for a varied client portfolio while further developing leadership and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, executing, and completing audit engagements for a diverse client base
  • Supervise, mentor, and support junior team members in the office and on client assignments
  • Review working papers and draft reports, ensuring compliance with quality and risk management standards
  • Support the audit of international groups and participate in ad hoc assurance projects
  • Monitor engagement progress, budgets, and deadlines, escalating issues where needed
  • Review staff correspondence before issue to clients and provide constructive feedback
  • Contribute to performance reviews and team development initiatives
  • Liaise with managers and partners, reporting on assignment progress and key findings

Requirements:

  • ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with relevant post-qualification audit experience
  • Solid technical knowledge and exposure to audits of international groups
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Proficient IT skills and willingness to learn new systems
  • Strong communication, organisational, and time-management abilities
  • Experience supervising and developing junior colleagues
