About the Role
We're looking for a
Business Development Manager
to join our team and help us grow on a global scale. You'll be the driving force behind building strong relationships with partners, spotting new opportunities, and expanding our footprint in the Forex space.
What You'll Be Doing
- Hunting down new business opportunities and kicking off exciting partnerships
- Managing and growing relationships with key partners – working closely with them to map out growth and scaling strategies
- Coming up with processes that boost partner satisfaction and exceed company goals
- Attracting top-tier partners and building lasting, trust-driven connections
- Keeping a strong pipeline of opportunities in line with our growth plans
- Hitting (and smashing) sales targets while paving the way for future wins
- Creating and pitching new business proposals, then seeing them through with the team
- Networking and connecting with industry players and projects across the ecosystem
What You'll Bring to the Table
- At least 2 years of solid experience in sales, partner development, or retention in the Forex/CFD industry
- Network of potential partners in any of these regions: LATAM, MENA or Europe.
- Familiarity with payment systems/platforms and the ins and outs of these regions
- Top-notch negotiation skills – you know how to close deals
- Strong networking ability and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluent English (written and spoken), additional languages are a plus
- Professional, positive presence that represents our brand and values with confidence
