Business Development Manager

Role overview:
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead our client acquisition and growth strategy. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding Penhill Wealth's client base. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with strong communication, sales, and strategic planning skills, capable of representing the company at a senior level in meetings, events, and expos.
Key Functions:
- Business Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute business development and sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Identify and prioritize high-value target markets, sectors, and clients.
- Design and manage multi-channel marketing and lead generation campaigns.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Proactively research and contact potential clients across sectors.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
- Networking & Representation
- Represent Penhill Wealth at industry events, expos, and conferences.
- Develop partnerships with key stakeholders, including law firms, accounting firms, financial institutions, and business associations.
- Marketing & Outreach
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials and digital campaigns.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches tailored to client needs.
- Reporting & Performance
- Monitor KPIs related to client acquisition, pipeline growth, and revenue.
- Provide regular performance and market analysis reports to management.
Core Competencies and Required Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Law, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, preferably within consulting, legal, or financial services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of B2B services, especially in professional consulting or advisory fields.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive, self-driven attitude.
- Fluent in English (Greek and/or Russian or any other language would be an advantage).
