Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager (Forex), located in Limassol Municipality. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, creating and implementing effective sales strategies, and analyzing market trends to stay ahead of the competition. The role also involves collaborating with marketing teams to enhance promotional efforts and achieve business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities / Duties

  • Handling all assigned leads completely and professionally
  • Promote the Company's financial products and services
  • Cross selling and upselling company products at every opportunity
  • Assisting clients with any queries and technical issues
  • Implementing call protocols and follow up procedures
  • Maintaining and updating company CRM
  • Identifying and suggesting proposals for growth
  • Exploring ways to increase network of clients
  • Achieve daily and monthly KPIs through successful sales and cold calling
  • Maintaining a high volume of client contact via phone
  • Develop business relationships with prospective clients and partners
  • Follow the company's compliance policies and procedures with regards to processing client documentation and other relative matters
  • Communicating efficiently between all departments
  • Suggesting feedback for improvement

Work Experience / Knowledge

  • Minimum 2 years of previous experience on Sales in the Forex Industry
  • Fluent English language required
  • Russian language will be a plus

  • Excellent computer skills with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office

Education

  • University Degree or College Diploma in Finance/Economics/Banking/ Business Administration or related field
