Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Russian and English, minimum C1 is essential

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in Mobile Gaming hiring (general gaming experience is also welcome).

  • Hands-on experience with ATS systems.

  • A strategic mindset - you think beyond immediate hiring needs, shape recruitment plans that support business objectives, and work closely with stakeholders to align on long-term goals.

  • An in-house recruiter mindset - you take full ownership of the roles you support, act as a partner to hiring managers, and prioritize quality and long-term team fit over short-term wins.

  • Actively come up with and implement ideas for your clients to improve their hiring funnel.

  • Solid understanding of the robust recruitment process and positive candidate experience.

  • Ability to use data to make better decisions and drive results.
