We're seeking a growth minded individual who's in love with absolute responsibility and taking control of the outcomes.

This is a unique position in an established startup that offers you several perks and commission based initiatives that you don't get in the traditional corporate.

The position entails different roles.

A large part entails managing , which is about using our AI tools to create content, build comparisons, manage relationships with affiliates and partners, work with SEO and build our social media presence. This is 25-50% of the position.

Another part would consist of miscellaneous tasks that has to do with business management and administration.

We also have other roles that we are looking to fill. As we learn more about your strengths and passion, we will make sure to find the best fit within the company

Prior experience is not required, but a big plus. We will host workshops and supply you with needed documentation to learn the tasks.

Here's what we do require.

Soft skills:

  • A-player mentality. You want to be the best in what you do.
  • Detail-oriented. You can see the big picture but you're also able to do the detail work.
  • A love for learning. Since you'll be learning a lot, you'll need to be a person that enjoys the process of learning.

Hard skills:

  • Content creation. You understand copywriting and how to create content for the web.
  • Fluent in English & Swedish. This position requires fluency in both English and Swedish.

Other things to know:

  • We pay per hour. A full time position is 168 hours. Our base salary is 15€ per hour which ability to increase based on performance.
  • It's a hybrid model where you spend 50% in office and 50% remote. Office is in Chloraka, Paphos.
  • It's a startup vibe. While we have several projects that has been actively making money for 8 years, we're also in the process of launching new projects.
  • We want every person to fit in the family and feel comfortable while also being determined to provide value.
