Our product: We are currently working on Total Battle - an MMO 4X strategy game with a deep political system and lots of player interaction. Players take on the role of a commander and need to develop their city, forge alliances, fight against monsters, and conquer other players.

We are looking for a positive and proactive Office Receptionist to join our team in sunny Limassol

Tasks to be solved:

  • Deliver a Professional First Impression

  • Welcome guests, employees, and partners with warmth and professionalism.

  • Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and in line with Scorewarrior's standards.

  • Support Safety & Administrative Operations

  • Manage visitor access, passes, and logs in compliance with safety procedures.

  • Assist in communication during safety drills and emergencies.

  • Follow and promote Scorewarrior's health and safety guidelines.

  • Coordinate Communication & Office Flow

  • Answer calls, emails, and requests promptly.

  • Support logistics, meetings, and event coordination when needed.
