Our client is leading the charge in revolutionizing payment practices. To this end, we are actively seeking an experienced Revenue Strategy Manager to play a critical role in shaping and executing the company's commercial growth strategy. Working closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success), this role focuses on optimizing pricing, improving sales performance, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring that all revenue-generating functions operate with clear structure, data, and accountability. You will combine analytical insight with strategic thinking to help scale the company's revenue across multiple markets and verticals.

Job Description

  • Partner with the CRO to define and track the company's revenue strategy, KPIs, and performance targets.
  • Conduct data-driven analysis of sales pipelines, conversion rates, customer segments, and profitability.
  • Support go-to-market planning for new products, payment methods, and regional expansions.
  • Develop revenue forecasts, performance dashboards, and quarterly business review reports.
  • Work with Finance to model pricing, commission structures, and partner incentive schemes.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to align lead generation and sales conversion metrics.
  • Optimize sales processes, CRM utilization, and reporting consistency across teams.
  • Identify inefficiencies or gaps in commercial execution and propose scalable solutions.
  • Support the development of strategic partnerships and monitor revenue contribution from key accounts.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects involving sales, operations, compliance, and finance to ensure commercial goals are met.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
  • 4–6 years of experience in revenue strategy, commercial operations, business analytics, or management consulting, within iGaming is essential.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools).
  • Experience working with CRM and pipeline management systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent fluent English
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and able to work cross-functionally with senior leadership.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and strong commercial acumen.
