Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager with a proven track record in acquiring and developing clients within the digital marketing ecosystem. The ideal candidate must be ready to drive growth in a new era of performance marketing and have strong experience in affiliation, media buying, SEO services and knowledge or interest in AI services. A background in white verticals (such as finance, e-commerce, insurance, education etc.) across European markets will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients across our service portfolio (affiliation, media buying, SEO, AI solutions)
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations
  • Create and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals to prospects
  • Track pipeline performance, optimize strategy through data insights (via CRM software) and exceed revenue goals
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and identify new business opportunities
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience in digital marketing service (with a focus on affiliation, media buying, SEO and/ or AI solutions)
  • Proven network and client base within white verticals in Europe
  • Excellent understanding of performance-based marketing models and digital advertising KPIs
  • Excellent communicator and negotiator 
  • Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with direct clients or agencies
  • Familiarity with compliance standards and advertising regulations in European markets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
