Title: Sales Executive
About the role:
We're seeking a motivated Sales Executive / Business Development Manager who is curious about fintech, passionate about building relationships, and eager to contribute to our growth. In this role, you'll be on the front lines — identifying high-growth companies in sectors like gaming, technology services, and affiliate marketing, and introducing them to Valyuz's tailored payment solutions. This is a launchpad role for ambitious professionals who want to learn B2B sales strategies, fintech solutions, and relationship management in a dynamic European market.
You will be responsible for:
• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
• Research and identify potential clients in key industries such as gaming, technology services, affiliate marketing, and other high-growth sectors of the gaming ecosystem.
• Build and maintain organized lead lists using tools like Google, LinkedIn, Excel, and Monday.
• Reach out to prospects via cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and calls to introduce Valyuz's solutions.
• Support demo calls and prepare commercial offers tailored to client needs.
• Develop and nurture strong client relationships to drive adoption of Valyuz services.
Sales Strategy & Execution
• Actively work toward and exceed revenue targets and KPIs.
• Pitch and sell Valyuz's payment and banking solutions while maintaining high professional standards.
• Leverage CRM tools to manage your pipeline and implement an effective sales strategy.
• Represent Valyuz at industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities.
Collaboration & Client Advocacy
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met efficiently.
• Proactively assess client needs, set realistic expectations, and deliver timely solutions.
• Learn from senior team members and apply proven B2B sales techniques.
Other Responsibilities
• Keep your sales pipeline clean, updated, and moving forward.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and regulatory updates relevant to Valyuz's services.
• Perform additional duties that support Valyuz's growth and client success.
We expect that you have:
• Higher Education (preferably in business administration, economics, finance or related field);
• Work experience – At least 2 (two) years of experience in Sales and / or customer retention is a must.
• Experience in EMI is a must;
• Excellent knowledge of MS office: Excel, MS Word; LinkedIn;
• Excellent follow-up skills responding to and qualifying leads Research skills and curiosity;
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and resources effectively;
• Objection handling skills;
• Superb communications skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to demonstrate; products highlighting benefits/advantages/features;
• Self-starter, with a high-energy, positive phone presence;
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English
Salary:
From 3500 Eur gross. The final salary offered depends on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
