Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales executive located in Limassol. The
Sales executive
will be responsible for consulting with clients, providing customer service, handling sales transactions, and managing real estate inquiries. Daily tasks include meeting potential buyers, advising clients on property investments, conducting property viewings, and closing sales.

Qualifications

  • Consulting and advising skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in the real estate sector
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the Cyprus real estate market is a plus
  • Willingness to travel
  • Fluency in English and Russian is a must; additional language skills are beneficial (Greek; Hebrew; Arabic)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
