We are seeking to recruit a skilled and proactive Sales & Business Development Executive who will be responsible for promoting the company's high-profile investments.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, manage, and qualify leads, converting them into genuine prospective buyers or tenants.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with individuals and corporate clients.
- Coordinate and conduct property viewings and inspections with potential buyers or tenants, as well as with agents, brokers, and agencies.
- Travel within Cyprus or abroad to attend exhibitions as required by the business.
- Draft proposals and offers to potential clients.
- Follow up with prospects through to completion, including facilitating the preparation of sales agreements and related documentation.
- Establish and nurture relationships with brokers, agencies, and other intermediaries involved in sales and rentals.
- Produce regular reports and progress updates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a well-recognized university.
- Mandatory previous sales-related experience in the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent written and verbal command of Greek and English language. Knowledge of Russian, Hebrew or Arabic will be considered as an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven team player and results oriented, with the ability to meet sales goals
