The Role:

We're looking for an HR Generalist to join our growing team and take ownership of both recruitment and HR operations at Colmex Pro.
You'll report directly to the HR Manager and work closely with the HR Officer, supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle,  from attracting top talent to ensuring a positive and compliant workplace environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process — sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles, profiles, and selection criteria.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth employee transitions and accurate HR system updates.
• Support in drafting and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and templates.
• Assist with performance reviews, training coordination, and employee development initiatives.
• Contribute to employer branding, employee engagement, and company events.
• Coordinate compensation and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with Cyprus employment law and internal company policies.
• Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Participate in HR projects, process improvements, and culture initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration.
• 2–4 years of proven experience in HR or recruitment (financial/regulated industry experience is an advantage).
• Excellent command of English and Greek, both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of Cyprus Employment Law and HR best practices.
• Experience in managing recruitment pipelines and coordinating HR processes end-to-end.
• Professional, proactive, and organized, able to manage multiple priorities under minimal supervision.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using HR systems (e.g., BambooHR).
• Empathetic and approachable, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
