About the Role

We're seeking a proactive HR Manager, or an experienced Senior HR Officer / Senior HR Generalist ready to step up to lead HR operations, support department heads, and help shape a strong company culture. This is an exciting role for someone to put their stamp on HR, and build the department from scratch, it will be stand-alone to begin with, with future plans to grow the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate employee records, policies, and compliance.
  • Manage pay raises, bonuses, and incentive programs (e.g., provident fund, loyalty cards).
  • Incorporate benefits packages
  • Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning and prepare the annual employee budget.
  • Partner with leaders to define KPIs, ensure performance reviews are carried out, and track results.
  • Boost staff morale through employee engagement and to spot area that need an increase in motivation
  • Identify training needs and coordinate staff development programs.
  • Oversee attendance, leave tracking, and employee engagement events.
  • Organize visa and immigration processes for overseas hires.
  • Implement and maintain HR software (e.g., Orange) and work toward building an Employee Handbook.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager, or as a Senior HR Officer/Generalist with readiness to step up.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, compliance, and performance management.
  • Experience collaborating with department heads on KPI development and evaluations.
  • Familiarity with visa and immigration procedures for international employees.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and people skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and tools.
