What You'll Be Working On

  • Draft, review, and negotiate different types of contracts (service, white label, licensing, partnership, customer agreements)
  • Ensure regulatory compliance for fintech products and services, identify and mitigate legal risks
  • Advise on Cyprus law (IP Box, corporate, labor & employment)
  • Maintain legal documentation and records
  • Conduct legal research, provide consultations on fintech regulations and trends

What You Need To Succeed In This Role

  • 2+ years' experience as a lawyer, preferably in fintech or IT company
  • Strong knowledge of Cyprus law, including contract and commercial laws, labor and employment laws
  • Experience with Cyprus IP Box regime
  • Excellent contract drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborative, detail-oriented, and proactive approach
  • Familiarity with international fintech and financial services regulations (EU, UK)
  • Fluent in English; Russian is a plus
