Communications Account Manager

On behalf of a client, a communications company, is looking for a Communications Account Manager who thrives on creativity, collaboration, and making a real impact, to join its award-winning, creative team in Nicosia.

Objective

As a Communications Account Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your accounts and campaigns, strategic and the creative development of accounts, and delivering top-class communication services to our clients.

Positions' Duties and Responsibilities

  • Managing a diverse portfolio of clients and keeping a strong client service level
  • Maintaining daily communication with clients, understand their needs and objectives and deal with a wide range of functions
  • Coordinating and prioritizing tasks and projects, ensuring clear communication towards the team members, while acting in a timely manner
  • Developing and implementing integrated communication plans to align with the overall communication strategy of each client
  • Preparing detailed and comprehensive briefs for content and creative assets development, ATL campaigns, BTL campaigns, social media, influencer marketing, digital marketing, and events
  • Handling inbound and outbound media enquiries, and act as the key person in media communication
  • Participating in client proposals and team brainstorming
  • Creating and executing strategic proposals based on clients' needs both on a proactive and reactive level
  • Actively participating in new business development, including proposal writing
  • Identifying new business opportunities

Position's Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or any other related field
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a marketing or communications role
  • A solid experience in the development and implementation of integrated communications campaigns executions – traditional, digital, social, and more
  • Excellent verbal communication and writing skills in English and Greek.
  • An ability to bring solutions to the table.
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Excellent collaborations and soft skills
  • A can-do attitude and a bit of an entrepreneurial spirit.
